| Conditions of hire |
The rental of a holiday home is weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
In low season shorter rental periods are possible.
Your holiday home will be available from 4pm on
the Saturday
and should be vacated before 10am on the day
of departure.
On arrival please
report to Suke Holidays’ Office on site.
Holiday home keys are available
between 4pm and 8pm
only on the day of your arrival, (unless
by prior arrangement).
No refunds are given for late arrivals or early departures.
ON ARRIVAL ALL CLIENTS MUST LEAVE A DEPOSIT OF €100 IN CASH.
This will
be refunded on your departure after the holiday home
has been verified for
CLEANLINESS and the INVENTORY.
If your departure is out of office hours, your
holiday home
will be checked the following day and your deposit posted to
you.
CLIENTS UNABLE TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD can download a booking form
and send this by post accompanied by cheque for their deposit.
When paying by cheque, the balance should be sent 8 weeks before arrival.
Your holiday home is fully equipped.
This includes all cooking
utensils, gas hob, refrigerator, 220 volt electricity and mains running
water,
only the sheets and pillow cases are not supplied.
Outside table & chairs
, sunloungers included.
We offer a hire service including bed linen, cots, high chairs, microwaves,
TVs, irons etc. Items available on request.
An inventory list of equipment will be inside your holiday home.
The client is required to replace all lost or damaged items.
The management
is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
IN YOUR OWN
INTEREST SAFES ARE AVAILABLE AT THE RECEPTION.
The client is responsible for the cleaning of the holiday home
during his stay
and especially on the day of departure.
The management
reserves the right to keep a part or all of the deposit.
A cleaning service
is also available at the clients own cost upon request at the reception.
Clients are requested to follow the camp rules.
